time to rebuild the blaster i got to start for my girl and i know nothing about its past no idea what bore its on... was thinking maybe i should just have it resleeved so i know what the deal is next time. is it as simple as having a buddy press the old sleeve out with the press at work and pressing a new one in or does it need something else done? i'd like to send it away and have it done right but not sure where to go or what to expect to pay.

was thinking about doing something like THIS where they bore MY CYLINDER to the next size and send me matching piston kit for $175 but for all i know it may already be .080 over and that would suck

i'd rather do something like THIS where they send a cylinder and piston kit with everything needed for a fresh rebuild but its 67mm which i believe is already half way to being all used up.. is this a good deal?

are there any services out there like the last one but that uses cylinders with stock bore sleeves? is sending my cylinder out to be resleeved going to be a better deal?

just buy another jug off of ebay with some bores left ..they are just too cheap and not worth dickin around paying for sleeves machine work port matching and bore time

I have a stock cylinder and head i will let go for cheep. Its on the stock bore from a 2006 model.great shape.Just hone and go.Just need a new piston.Shoot me a PM

Should be dirt cheap, I wouldnt pay more than $20 for it. You can get a tool that you put in a drill to hone it yourself also.
