with the turn out on the bbq sauce thread time for a hot sauce thread..

first... for amild but good flavor on just about anything i enjoy tabasco brand green pepper sauce..

little kick to it, tangy, peppery but not to the point of over powering the flavor of the food.

now my hotter choice is valintos hot sauce, not as easy to get as tabasco, BUT any mexican store will carry it of most stores with a spanish section carry it.. strong but not over powering.. no vinager taste which is a plus!! its cheap but deeeliisshhh!!!

sure there are hotter out there but im about the flavor, complementing a meal!!

i did make a killer sauce concoction that tickles the hinny hole a little..

lousiana hot sauce, franks red hot, wing sauce and valintions mixed... mmmm mmmm
 
louisiana is all I keep in the house aint got alot of mexican stores around LOL.

Its good for hot and flavor not that burn your mouth for a week.
 
I like this hot sause from this place upstate ny up by tughill if your fimular with it.........to me it sounds like this would be the sause for you 4cfed its so good.....no vingar taste,good peper in it,and just a good falvor
 
i love anything that mades me turnred, i love hot sauces, especially tobasco, my best friend mom spilt a entire bottle of tobasco in some chilli and me and him ate a hug vat of that chilly and each drank a gallon of milk with it!!!!!!
