Well last night I ordered the radiator for it and got it for 35$ otd I was very happy about my purchase. My old radiator was all bent to sh*t and some of the mounts were broken off(I will get pics later). The only thing I am worried about is it was designed for a kx 85 not an 80 but the mounts and even the hoses are in the same place it looks exactly the same. Anyways what I wanted to ask you guys is how hard is it to do a top and low end rebuild I need a new crank assembly(rod, bearings and, wrist pin) I also need the piston and upper wrist pin. How hard is it to perform that surgery? Oh yeah man you guys should check the bike out now I took the power washer to it and cleaned all the plastic with white wall cleaner and man it shines I will get pics later.

if u have a book on it an take ur tim e to label everything so u dont lose any parts it wont b that bad. i have a bunch of coolwhip containers that i label with tap an put certin bolts washers ect ect in then an it makes it real simple to take apart an put back togather.

the best part is ull learn alot along the way when u do that too. trust me ull have fun doing it. it just takes a lil time.

What I did with my build (2005 KX125) was put all the different parts screw's you know all the small stuff in zip lock bags and labled them. You will also need a manual it helps a hell of alot. I finished my build last night at three kicks later and she started, now I just need to ride her in.
