TAKING OFF OIL PUMP

I want to get rid of my oil injection and just run mixed fuel without wasting money on the block off kit any help on how to do this would help

what oil to gas ratio should i run and is there some speacial two stroke oil i shoild use?

u can just pop off the clutch cover and take off the gear thats powers the pump, u shoulnt need to mess with the pump after pulling off the white gear, and cut the lines going into the pump and put like a bolt in to or some thing .. and block off the oil line to the carb cut it and put some type of bolt or screw in it so nothing can get in .. i think i got every thing other then draining your gear oil befor pulling the clutch cover ..

i would go with 32:1

ive read a bunch of different ways to take off the pump, some people say to take out the gear and put it back on and some say to just take the lines off and leave the gear in whats the better way to do it

i would take the time and pull the gear off, cause if u just take the lines off the pump will still be running ..

why would i need to drain the gear oil? i dont need to take off the clutch cover right? its on the side of the rear brake lever

u need to drain it if u are taking off the gear cause u got to pull the clutch cover in order to get to get to the gear ..

where is the gear i have to take off located? is it on the little pump i take off or somewhere else?

ohhhh alright and once i take that off ill be good?

yep, just take off the gear and block the oil line into the carb and start premixing and u are good to go ..

umm i run klotz with no problems and it smells awesome .. i like castor 927 as well ..

the maxima castor 927 is a great oil and it smells really really good. haha

castrol synthetic 2 stroke oil and i mix 40-1 when i premixed my old blaster...Even that is too much oil.
