I know this is dumb but i wanna clean the carb but i dont know how to take it off and if i figure it out im afraid i wont be able to put it back on so can someone tell me how to take it off? Thanks

undo both clamps, on the intake and airbox boot, look thru from the top under the seat, you'll see the airbox boot has a rubber tab that goes onto a pin off the frame, lift and pry that loose, that will allow you to pull the airbox boot off and to the side inward, then just pull the carb straight out of the intake
remove the carb cap locking tab held on by a small phillips screw, if present
unscrew the cap and pull the slide up and out
when re-installing the slide...be sure to align the slot in it with the pin down in the throat on the kicker side, and watch the needle go down into the needle jet in the bottom before screwing the cap back on, then test the throttle...look and listen for it opening and closing completely
