Swinger bearings

Ok this may sound retarded but I can not seem to get my swingarm bearings out??? Could someone please tell me what my probem is??

Try hitting them with a hammer and a crowbar.

i just took mine out on Saturday, i took a socket extension and put it behind the bearing at an angle and beat the sh!t out of it till they came out, mine were in bad shape.

I had to beat the hell outta mine to for a good minute. But i got another question about replacing the bearing in the swingarm, once i got the old parts out finally i noticed the inside of the swingarm(where the bearings and all came out) is pretty gouged up and dirty. Should it be smooth inside there or will it matter at all with new bearing kit?

dude i will hook u up with mine, i really am trying to get rid of it, it is not suppose to be gouged up, if it is not even the bearing kit is not going to matter, now mine doesn't come with the carrier, its just the swingarm, mine is 60 shipped i think
