Here's what I have. There is seals to the inside, a spacer in the arm and bearings to the outside that's it

One of the swingarm rebuild kits would get you a LONG way towards getting it together. It looks like it has the needle bearing, bushing, and seal.

You are missing the hardened pivot tube and grease seal/caps and of course the pivot bolt and nut.

The pivot bolt and nut can either be purchased used or new OEM. An AllBalls swingarm bearing kit will include the hardened pivot tube and grease seal/caps brand new. Throw the bearings, bushings, and seals on the shelf for later!
 
Is there any spacers or anything that go to the outside of the swingarm

There is a funky little ring that slides over the tube and the chain roller on the chain drive side.

The "left" side just has the "cap" with the grease seal inside. The cap for both sides would be included in a bearing kit or you can order it piece by piece OEM.
