ok my new +4 swingarm showed up today..... and it looks amazing....

but i still need more parts lol

what rebuild kit is good and is COMPLETE!!!!

i need the the pins that the bolt slides into, and the dust covers, and side thrust bearings, and seals.

the swingarm has the needle bearins, bushings, and seals in it already....

but as i said i am still in need of a few parts yet.

i was looking at pivot works, and all balls, and there a few others on ebay, but i dont want to get ripped and not get everything i need.

thanks

the carrier i sent you is freshly rebuilt, if the pivot end is good you dont need anything

what brand swinger did u get?.....also not sure what u mean by "the pin that the bolt slides thru"

i think he means the thicker "steel sleeve" at the pivoting point of the swingarm.. that the bolt goes through and the bearings go around...or were you bein a dick? hahahaha

yes that is what i meant.... sory typo lol

i got the one for $199 looks very very nice

i just dont have the other pieces as my blaster had nothing there it was all rotted out or missing that is why i need the sleeves and dust covers and seals yet

i thought them swingarm shop swingers came with everything needed up front ????

nope.... i even im'd him..... he told me flat out it comes with the needle bearings, bushings, and seal..... the stuff that presses into the swingarm, nothing else.

i was kinda upset, i thought it came with everything too, but i guess not

well thats just another sh*tty thing by them, if it has all new evrything else why would someone put wanna put those beat up parts in it from the old swinger ????

sounds like "he does need" the inner "bushings" that the bolt goes thru and the bearings ride on
which is pretty sh*ty on "swingarm shops" part

i've had my swingers apart 4 or 5 times, and have seen the wear on those "bushings" who would want to put worn parts into there with new bearings ?????

ahhh yeah man that sux! i heard those arms break fairly easy as well with some hard riding... not tryin to bring ya down bro..just sayin.. you think they would hook ya up for $200+

or does the all balls kits come with those ?????
might as well have spare bearings for around the same price ?????

I guess I ll find out awk..... The all balls kit should be here the end of the week I got it for $40....

Oh thanks for the carrier! Looks good, just gotta clean it and paint and bingo....

You think I can get the bearings and seals out without damaging them? I would like to clean and repack them.
