swing arm bearings

Shotgun usually work good, if not, the .22 will work alright....

Hook the swinger to something stationary and try to push/pull them out.

heat and beat !

freeze the bearings and heat the swinger sleeves to drop/press them back in.
allow to cool before installing the seals.
be sure to clean/sand any and all rust/gunk from inside the swinger before installing the new ones.
when you think you've added enuf grease, add another 1/2 tube :D
i use red waterproof grease, the blue stuff works too, bel-ray makes some good stuff

chances are your rebuild kit includes only the wear parts and not everything shown, you'll need to figure out whats included in the kit, so you don't damage anything that isn't

i got so pissed at my old bearing in my arm i took the sawz-all in there and cut a slot in the outer race (thats all that was left at that point busted the rest out) and then i pound a flat screw driver under it and bent them inward so they pretty much fell out then

do at your own risk and be careful u dont cut the swing arm itself.
