suzuki gsxr 600 750 k6 k7 complete rear brake work on Blaster?

Im looking for a rear hydro set up, for my '01 Blaster, seen a complete rear brake set up here in england and just wondering if the caliper will go straight over the disk. Im sure i'll have to do sum welding/fabbing to make everything fit, and any ideas on the brake pedal situation for this set up. Much apreciated people. Jaffa
