A 400ex rear shock works well on a blaster. Ken O'Connor sells bushings that allow you to bolt a 400ex rear into the frame on a blaster. Those plus a M12 drill bit to clearance the lower shock mount will allow a bolt-on installation.

400ex front shocks are too long for a stock blaster suspension. You are basically limited, with stock a-arms, to under 15" long shocks. Banshee stock shocks are a small upgrade over stock. They're 1/4" longer overall but include a progressive would spring and better valving. They're not a huge upgrade (I would personally spend no more than $50 on a set in good low hour shape) but decent if you get a good enough deal.

What he said. Warrior and raptor 350 shock fit as.well and theyre the same as banshee shocks. I Put some on a blaster years ago and liked the difference but there are better shocks out there
