how far can a stock cylinder be bored out to?? and would you feel a difference in power??

dealership says .090 over

the more you bore it out, the more metal you lose to displace heat. when you get close to the sleeve wall, you can have heat transfer problems. the sleeve is presses in to the jug, so there is an air gap... even though it is nearly microscopic, it matters.

when i bought mine the head was at .100 over i bought a piston .150 i was told that u can go 2 over the guy at the machine shop is doing it now so u must be able to and its a stock sleeve so..unless someone is lieing to me i heard 2 over

i took piston in to shop and they told me it was 1 over next size was 1 1/2 and max was 2 im not a pro at engines and i cant remember what stock is .57 .67 maybe i cant remember but thats what they are doing to mine right now 1 1/2 over
