Starts, Idles...then nothing

i have an 05 blaster it started right up today...for the first time in maybe 2 months. i let it sit and idle and warm up idles fine.. i pull in the clutch..give it gas.. let the clutch out it dies...
also if i hold in the throttle it will just die... carb clogged? something need adjusted? help please.

i removed my TORS switch.. but left the cable on the top of my carb.. could this effect it?

i think on the 03+ the tors brain is in the cdi

i suggest putting the cable for the tors back on.. and seeing how that works.

that might be a prob... cuz i guess there is a kit u buy to fully remove the tors.

after 2 months? did u leave it 2months wit mix in gastank?


just a tip: gas dont least for ever, and if got mixed least even shorter, cmon is 3-5months no mixed... maybe u need a good cleaned up, change spark n clean carb....

if still doesnt work, then check if the spark got electricity, if does, prob is somewhere else....

I would give the carb a good cleaning since it sat for a couple months. Premix can leave a nasty residue in the carb.

haha we almost have the same name, mine used to do thid, but we found out it was the parking brake, something was wrong with it, it wasn't working so we just took it off.

If i hold the throttle in it will die bit i can press and release the throttle and it will rev higher just not when i hold it in, any suggestions
