Hey guys I got a real good deal on a fmf gold series. I got it for 30 bucks with a power core 2 silencer because the guy didn't think that he could find a flange. Anyways it's got a little rust but it's good!

Anyways I need to know about where to start on jetting I have a couple ideas but more info wouldn't hurt. I wanna do it with as little plug chops as possible because I get the cops called on me riding in the feild by my house.

Blaster stock with no air box lid. And it has boysen dual stage reeds. I'm at Maryland attitude 21040 is the zip code.

ALSO the silencer isn't packed! Does Brillo pads really work. Just intill I get the packing in its on order. But the flange will be here this week that hasn't even shipped yet!

We run a 270 with same mods at sea level. Plug is cardboard colr and motor runs at 260 degrees. Every bike is a little different, but you will be between 260-280 depending on elevation and temp.

Alright well that's a lot of difference in option. So of the three jets I have a 280 is the smallest. Would that be a good starting point It seems between 260-280 is the most popular but my blaster is at 240 now with just lid off I guess I'll use the 280 or 300
