Can someone please help me out I run my 2001 yamaha blaster with the gas turned on and after about 5 minutes it stalls and takes many kicks to get it started again with the gas on but when I turn it onto reserve it starts up quick but when i run it on reserve it works fine and doesn't stall. Some one please tell me how to fix or help please thanks!

Perhaps a blocked petcock. Take off the fuel line to the carb. Does it flow better on "RES" than "ON"? If not, I would check the carb.
It doesn't stal and runs perfect on res but when I put the gas on / on it stalls and takes me a while to get it started on /on but when I put It on reserve it starts rite up
Maybe you are low on fuel.
Tranny oul has nothing toi do with engine operation, but you really should change it.
