Im having my domes cut for a alcohol. What band angle do i need to tell the machinist to cut the band angle at. I was told 11* is that a perfect angle?
the width the angle trapped volume bowl shape squish clearance etc.. all play a big part in this if your friend doesnt have a working understanding of all this then it wont be correct or alteast ideal for your application
