well put a 14t on the front sprocket and if thats not enough then you gotta change the rear sprocket which is the opposite.
i would suggest 14/39 if you want some good topspeed, but on a stock blaster that might not have much pull in the top end, best bet is to try a 14t front and see what happens

am running 14/40 right now and am going about 65 i want to get close to 70 mph should i get a smaller back sprocket?
you can only go down to a 38 in the rear, you would need the honda/yamaha LSR hub to go down any lower on the back.
