if its the size of about a clutch plate, it goes inside the second friction plate from the back of the clutch. that fibre plates different, it has a bigger ID

Here is the order I beleive that it is part 4. On the steel clutch plates each have an extended tab. This has to go clockwise 60 degrees away from the last steel clutch.

it's really hard to see on that pic.. think unstock is right.. it depends on how big it is.. how big is this ring?? there is a beveled one that looks just like it in the clutch like unstock said..

thats much to thin to be an exhaust gasket.... it looks wound like a spring, i would say it is the spring out of a seal. and it looks new too so i'm betting you knocked the spring out of your new crank seal.

yeah i couldnt find it anywhere on the exhaust. But i was messing with the crank. Where on the crank does it go. Please send me pic.

on the inside of your crank seal. either gotta split the cases and knock the bearing out then try and finangle it in there or just pop it out from the outside, you'll ruin it in the process, but they are cheap. just grab another and throw it in. dont forget to grease it.

It's not a exhaust washer or whatever.. It's part #11 on that schematic, the conical spring washer. It goes under the clutch basket..

Edit: Why is the site soo slow today??

It's a spring out of one of the side seals, it WAY! to small for the flat spring in the clutch, plus he said it looks like a "spring".
Does it look like this one?
