jw what is used as a gasket material between the two case halves? also anyone know where i can find a billet stator cover thats not stupid expensive?thanx

yamabond is usually what is used, make sure you lap the cases for safetey
as for the bollet covers i found one on ebay on for 80 bucks down from 200 for 442, everything else is 150 plus

The first one I did I used yamabond but the 2nd one I used something in a yellow tube from bike bandit Threebond Liquid Gasket 1194. The three bond I liked alot more. Seemed like it did a better job.
ive been searching for awhile. tried of breaking he plastic sprocket cover thing :/
and thanks btw been wondering about that yamabond ish
