Seen a bunch of posts lately for people trying to get front disks on their Blasters.
The last couple of winters I was doing a mod on existing spindles '90-'02, so Banshee, Warrior, and raptor 350. disc brake components could be a seamless fit to your Blaster. This involved machining a locating boss on the spindle so a mounting plate could be attached to the spindle and pressing a thrust collar on the axle to complete the bearing stack. Quite a slick set-up if I do say so myself.
Long story turned short. Got tired of all of the Ebay/Paypal charges and the time spent trying to round up good (un-bent) spindles. Found out I was making about the same hourly wage as a grocery bagger.
If I could get a half a dozen or so people to send be their stock spindles I would do the mod on them for $50 + Shipping. This would not include the zinc plating used to have done.
