When i run a b8es my blaster starts to hiccup and when
i run a br8es it runs fine. The reccomended plug is b8es which works worse.

Can someone explain this to me. It gets fouled quickly too.

I know what the r is for. I was just wondering why the regular plug doesnt work.
For more air do i move the needle in the carb up or down.

Thats possible. Could it be tors because my throttle has been doing some funny things too. But the cable just snapped today so know i have a new problem on the way.

get a TORS eliminater kit and scrap that stuff, and also try a B8ES-5 this will help the fouling but that is a jetting issue

I figured it was a jetting problem. I was just wondering runner a smaller or larger jet. Also put the needle up or down?

While i am asking this does anyone know the cold weather jetting specifications. The only modifications i have right now are a removed lid on airbox.

Also im runnning under 20 degree weather most of the time.

In answer to your question about which way to go on the needle. Your not going to add air, but rather reduce fuel by lowering your needle. Do that by raising your e clip one notch at a time. You may want to try adjusting your air fuel screw before you mess with the needle though.

did you put a bigger main in after removing the airbox lid? i am betting even with stock pipe, reeds, and airfilter your still probably going to need to go up at least 1, although if it's fouling that generally means it's too big. do you premix or use the injection system?

i'm pretty sure all the resistor is in there for is to prevent electromagnetic wave generation. basically if you had a radio on your blaster and ran a non-resistor plug it would be fuzzy, i dont see how it could mess with the ignition system at all....

I use the injection system. I opened up the carb and the needle was on the first
notch. So i put it on the second one like the manual says. I am going to clean out the carb tonight. Hopefully i will find the problem.

I would first get rid of the tors and the oil injection.IMO Friends don't let friends ride tors.lol Best way to get your jetting right is to do a plug chop. There is a good link for jetting here and a write up on a plug chop.Just be patient it takes some time.Once dialed in you should only need a B8Es.Hope this helps.Good luck

I got rid of the tors system. I just need get a cable that will go straight to the carb not that big hunk of sh*t on top of the carb.
