spark plug go out the head

Ihave a question for you ! ,
I have rebilt the engine of my blaster. Today when i go to road test , after 15 minutes the spark plug pop out of the head, and the thread on the head was striped. when i have rebild the engine i torque the plug on 17ft/lb.

When i see the plug , it was not brown but most white. do you think the probleme was the jet ?i know it was lean on gaz. Do you think is the problem of plug go out of my head.

I have never had a spark plug come out cause it was lean. sounds like it was cross treaded and striped came out.

i never knew you were sapose to torque spark plugs down i always jus put them on by hand then tighten them about a quater of a turn maybe you striped it tightening in and it jus came out when it did its rotations
