Relative got a kawasaki 110 in a divorce and the jagoff put sugar in the tank before he gave it to her. I cannot seem to get it out. I haven't used antyhing but gas. Should I remove the petcock and rinse it that way? He said it wasn't started and the gas never was on. This was after her son wooped his arse.B). What is the best solution- replace tank/or is is salvageable. thanks

no just keep rising and washing out...maiybe with a little gas one time and see if it doesnt desolve it and then pour it back out and continue to rinse until u dont see or think there is anymore in there....and then rise it one more time...haha

Sombitch indeed... I really don't know.. To be honest I would probably replace it so that you don't further risk anything happening to the engine itself.

What a ratard. Everyone knows that if you wanna mess an engine up, you're suppose to put bleach in the crankcase, not sugar in the tank. On mythbusters, sugar in the tank didn't do anything to the engine

I looked on ebay just to get a general idea of a price, $55. NOT TOO TOO BAD.

I am going to give it a go, But don't look promising.:(

hot water bro, pull it, remove the petcock and soak all that in the hottest water you can, boiling water would even be better, fill it up, put the cap on and shake a couple gallons thru it

Exactly.
The water will dissolve the sugar. Gas won't.

she never should have took his quad... Ohhhhhhh he's the jerkoff but shes the one that took/stole the quad under a "judges order". If it was my blasty it would of accidentally went up in flames before i willingly gave it up. what a sad day... make sure and clean the carb to be on the safe side.... oh and her son whipped his "arse" (whatever an arse is) well thats a felony so maybe he can sue and get it back again......
