got a tip from a auto detailer,
i used some "soft scrub" w/ bleach, bath cleaner , (dollar store, $3.50) applied it to my buffer wheel and polished my plastics, which where in horrible shape, some kinda reddish stains apperently from the red mud, from wherever this bike originated from, it took all the stains and some of the smaller scatches right out, and they're bright white now but kinda dull, gonna wait till i apply my grahpics to buff some good wax or plastic polish into them, that should shine 'em up
