So my engine is destroyed

My cylinder is cracked and broken, so I need a whole new one, but the head is good. I need a new piston, and probably some new seals.

and the clutch has to be adjusted properly.

Can anyone give me a rough estimate on these repairs? I know someone who works for $50/hour. or am I better off getting a new engine? if so, where can a get one for a decent price? all the ones I found are around $400, which seems unreasonable.

and I know the reason it blew out is cause of a neglected air leak, not any reoccurring problem. guh!

if the bottom end is good you can get a used topend for cheap. usually $100ish on ebay. a piston kit is only around 100 also. but if you take it to a stealership they are gonna rape you.

where do you suggest I look for these parts? or should I consult my friend about it? Hes a great mechanic and I know he won't screw me over.

thanks man, i got all my performance parts from rjatv.com crazy fast shipping and a good guy. they sell on ebay too, sometimes soem killer deals to be had there

hey man $100 bucks for a cylinder piston and head shipped to your door all is usable use your rist pin and clips but its a full cylinder and will get runnin rite away

ik can clean the ports up for ya too i was planin on doin that to moroo before i saw u needed it.
