the markings I see on mine are y-2hard to tell from the pics if thats a true 240 cylinder, most are bare silver aluminum colored, but i can see thats been painted.
how to ID a blaster cylinder
There's 2 tensioners to take the slack out. They keep the chain tight. You need to loosen the bolt on the carrier that has the slot. Also the other one but not as much. Pull the carrier back to take tension out. I believe you need anywhere from 1 1/4- 1 1/2in of play in chain with rider on. Helps to have somebody there. Once that's achieved tighten your tensioners up. Make sure there even. Tighten lock nuts and you should be good to go. I'm sure there's something I missed. Somebody else will chime in.Well I don't think I'll break it down to the piston unless I need to. Now the chain is super slack on the bike it lays on the rollers. Is there some kind of rear end adjust I can do to tighten the chain up. Also the back sprocket reads a 40T. Is that the stock tooth count. I'm not able to post pics right now of the chain and rear end I will tomorrow.
