Smart noob qustions.

from that vid, although it says to look for the Y-1, i see a Y-2 on your cylinder, indicating it is a stock casting
neither the vito's or la. sleeve/ct cylinders have any markings there.

So we're 100% sure were looking at a stock motor now or do I need to measure the sleeve. Why does it say y-2 instead

not sure why it says y2, but the video clearly shows the true vito's/la sleeve cylinders have no markings there at all.
maybe just a later year stocker ?
could still be 240 sleeved, measuring is the only way to tell for sure

Well I don't think I'll break it down to the piston unless I need to. Now the chain is super slack on the bike it lays on the rollers. Is there some kind of rear end adjust I can do to tighten the chain up. Also the back sprocket reads a 40T. Is that the stock tooth count. I'm not able to post pics right now of the chain and rear end I will tomorrow.

There's 2 tensioners to take the slack out. They keep the chain tight. You need to loosen the bolt on the carrier that has the slot. Also the other one but not as much. Pull the carrier back to take tension out. I believe you need anywhere from 1 1/4- 1 1/2in of play in chain with rider on. Helps to have somebody there. Once that's achieved tighten your tensioners up. Make sure there even. Tighten lock nuts and you should be good to go. I'm sure there's something I missed. Somebody else will chime in.
