Small aluminum shavings in crank bearings

Ok so I split the cases to fish out particles of a grenaded piston and jb weld up some cracks. I also did some case transfer port matching.

So

Even though I masked off the crank bearings to the beat of my ability, some shavings (not piston chunks) got in the bearings so when I spin the crank there is some roughness.

A buddy of mine said since the bearings are steel and there are only tiny aluminum shavings in there it is good to run.

My questions:

1. Is there a way to clean the shavings out
2. If not can I run it as is or do I need to replace the bearings

Thanks in advance

if you run it with any dirt/grit in there, those bearings will eventually fail
replace the bearings, or take out the new top end too when the bottom goes

Also, I accidentally knife edged the divider between a secondary port and a main transfer port. I guess i need to bore it to get rid of this... What is the minimum width of the divider? 1mm ok?
