signature edit is gone

Hello, it says that I cannot have a signature whenever I click on it in FAQ and it does not even show up in my CP? Anyone know whats going on? Or can you just not have one at first?

click from the link bar above... QUICK LINKS. it will drop down then click EDIT SIGNITURE... then fill in the info you want and click save signiture. you can have one from the day you sign up on the forum

Ok, i tried that and seriously not kidding here, edit signature is not there for me...

I found a yellow bold edit signature and the FAQ and it says sorry, you are not allowed to have a signature.
