shock/ which one??

I am a big guy 200+ should i do the 400 ex or 250R???

I don't know about your weight being an issue but everyone seems to vote the 250r as the better of the two shocks if you can find one in good shape. I'm about 190-200 and my 400ex works great for me

never used a 250r but i love the 400ex and they are cheap and plentiful for sure

I was talking to AWK and he said that the 250 is much nicer (softer landing) than the 400. But liked both of them.

Ia'm 170 and the kfx 400 is a bit on the stiff side for me, iam wanting a luxury ride nowadays. it would probably just right for 200 or more.....dont get me wrong its a lot better than stock! works great for jumping.

Thanx guys. I decided to buy a 250r from callmej75 for a good price polished and powdercoated transparant orange. I really dig that color. He is parting out his stuff but i think i almost whiped him out of great parts

the 250r shock is a great upgrade. it weird at first because you sit up higher but you get used to it. it really nice when landing big jumps but it really makes you notice how sh*tty the front ones are
