Not sure what you mean?

Maybe Mod it? if so ya grind the points to rounded edges, I tried it and screwed it up so i left it for the pro's! I believe i got one off of a member on here but for the life of me i can't remeber who..

not in right spot for neutral or do i need it to be running then try to shift it

I thouhgt the shift star could only go one one way?

Did you have it apart?

neutral is inbetween 1st and 2nd you know this correct? also the star only goes on one way if you dont have a neutral u either cant find it or you have another issue

it goes in neutral and 1st and 2nd than it doesnt feel like it wants to shift but its not running have cover off

oh ok... no big deal there its because the bike is not rolling and has no tension on the front sprocket. and it wont actually shift into 3rd 4th 5th 6th... mine is doing the same thing unless i through the chain around the sprockets and roll then shift it

You may need someone spin the rear tire while you shift, Your not going to be able to shift in alll six gears while it's just sitting there.

oh ok... no big deal there its because the bike is not rolling and has no tension on the front sprocket. and it wont actually shift into 3rd 4th 5th 6th... mine is doing the same thing unless i through the chain around the sprockets and roll then shift it

put tension on that front sprocket if you want to be sure all the gears are there.

i got it to go thru all gears once sitting still but thats was it

put tension on front sprocket i have chain off

i did mine with a pair of needle nose pliers and just stuck the tips in two opposite grooves and turned it counter clockwise like it will when running
