I have a problem with the setting of my idle... when my blaster is cold it runs too low and when it's hot it runs too high... I've tried to set it right with that little screw on my carb but it only gets worse... does anybody has an idea of what it could be ??
also my choke(I'm talking about that black button on the carb) doesn't hold itself... I mean I can't just pull it and wait until my engine starts, I have to keep holding it by myself until my engine is hot enough to run... Does anyone know how I could fix it or is it a lost cause ??

yea my 1 blaster is that way u half to hold the choke .. and when mine is warn the idle likes to jump up some .. i am going to up my pilot jet .. umm did you try messin with the idle ajustment ? its under the seat .. the needle on the side of the carb is the air screw.. stock is 1 1/2 turns out ..

yea your not adjusting the idle screw. you were messing with the air fuel screw. turn that screw all the way in then, turn it back out 1/1/2 turns. Then, adjust the screw under the seat (and possibly under a rubber flap) and adjust that. Clockwise is to raise the idle and counter is to lower. You should adjust your idle till your balsters bearly idles but does not die. that way you dont foul plugs really fast.
