last race of the fall ..my son seized up his blaster...just rebuiltin spring..anyways got a new piston and rings ..had cylinder machined..out back
together...now have trouble staring it ...it use to go 2nd kick...now 10 plus or pull start..runs fine when we get it warm...cold its a biotch....wondering if we screwed cranks seals ...=))

No, cranks and seals are not going to affect cold starting since you say that it will kick over and start fine when its warm. I would say that it may be something more like the carb.

i do believe i have a compression issue...i'll try new rings and check cylinder wall
carb has been redone

When mine needed a rebuild I'd have it on full choke and in 30-40 degree weather it would take 10-15 kicks before it would even try to start. Got it rebuilt and it starts on 2-3 kicks in cold weather, Made me alot happier lol...

not calling you a dumb ass or anything but make sure your putting the rings in right! Iv seen people put em in backwards and have the same symptoms they started with!
