i have a crappy fmf pipe...and i was wondering how to get the rust of of it....

i have a crappy fmf pipe...and i was wondering how to get the rust of of it....

steel wool and mothers mag n aluminum polish... like 000 or 0000 steel wool... putt he polish on the steel wool and start rubbing... the rust wil slowly starto go away.. take a clean rage and rub to a shine..

if its really bad you may need to use 0 steel wool or a wire brush/ wheel

naval jelly frst... they actually sell a spray on pipe cleaner stuff, forget what it was but t was a common acid of some sort...

Ok thanks guys,his pipe has mad rust in a few spots,

So some good ole steel wool and a wire wheel and some mothers polish right?

wire wheel if its real bad, the steel wool for places that aren't as bad

yup... my fmf that i had on my 01 was badddd... from the fmf logo to the motor was rust.... wire wheeled it, steel wool and polish and it looked better.. not mint but exceptable
