So after watching some of the blaster vidz and listing to the way the bikes sound I notice that they sound a lot smoother and what mine does, Is that because most are running aftermarket head pipes and silencers and I'm running stock that could prolly really use a repacking, or could something else be in the fray? It's only in mid RPM when the motor is not really under a load, kinda like cruising. low and high rpm it sounds the same, or under acceleration. Or is this typical and I just ain't noticing it in the vidz.

Also I'm looking at upgrade atleast the silencer for now, to something that flows better and sound better than the stock piece. What is a good all arounder for a trail rider that helps with low to mid range power, but isn't lacking in the top end. Also if anyone has one they are looking to sell let me know, I'm not to worried about looks as long as it works good.

Thank you
Levi

Yes your Blaster will sound alittle differant with the restritive stock pipe.

As for the silencer they wont add any pwer at all to the Blaster might change the sound but thats about it.

a stock blaster is so restrictive its not even funny

i dont think the stock silencer has packing in it

try picking up a fmf fatty if your tight on cash or a toomey or shearer if you have the cash

As an update I figured out my problem. There was nothing between the pipe and silencer so it was leaking in between there, so I went to the store got some heater hose and a couple clamps. Well it runs MUCH better and also runs a lot smoother. I wouldn't think that a little leak right there would make all that much difference, but it deffinetly did. Previously it was kinda hard to pull the front wheels up in 2nd, now it will do it easy and if I'm not not carefull it will do it in 3rd.
