My blaster had a head gasket and base gasket leak, and I fixed both of those problems and it was running great and had no trouble but after a while I noticed there was oil by the base gasket where the exhaust port is and I was wondering what could cause that ? Also I have supreme gas mixedd with yamalube 32:1 and it was running good but u also noticed it started to bog and run rich ?? Idk why ?? Also while I was cleaning the carb I noticed I was mixed a peice on the inside??

HUH?
Have u leak tested to ensure the gaskets sealed good? What kind of gaskets did you replace with? What kind of exhaust, could the oil be coming from there?
No I did not leak test it but I used a copper namura head gasket and a vitos performance non blow proof steel base gasket. Alap have a gold series end fatty pipe and a power core 2 silencer.

You arnt making a lot of sense...

But if your exhaust is not 100% sealed you will have oil remains leak down from the port.
use copper RTV silicone. its like $7 a tube at auto parts stores

if you were running with an airleak (leaking gaskets = airleak) then you may have jetted your bike correctly to cater for the airleak. so when you eliminated the airleak, your jetting is rich. What piece of the carb is missing and what is your jetting?

I don't know what the piece is called but its the plastic piece that sits on the jet I believe and I think the jetting is still factory

The only plastic thing in the carb is the float, and if thats missing, you would know about it. Upload some pics. Is it not your copper washer under the main jet? Check your jetting, it may very well not be standard, organise a leak tester and check that motor! We cant help you unless we have this info.

There is a plastic piece that fits over the main jet. It is a slosh guard, it helps to ensure the main jet still gets fuel when the fuel is splashing around in the bowl.
