Alright, I'll start from the beginning. A couple of weeks ago, me and my friends decided to go out for a ride at the pits, and I rode all day without burning a plug. The plug was brown when I checked it. The next day, I went to start it, and it started to run like crap, and then eventually didn't run at all. I noticed that when I kicked it over, air sucked into the chamber, and then blew back out. So I figured that problem out, bad reeds. Sure and sh*t, that's what it was. One of my reeds was bent open. So I replaced them. It was fairly expensive because I have Boyesen RAD Valves. Kicked it over, and started right up. It ran alright for a little while, and then started to run sh*tty again. I noticed that the plugs were starting to come out almost pure white. I have the biggest jet that came with kit, and the biggest pilot jet too. I have a CPW (Keihin) 28mm carb. Today when I rode it, I also tried to raise the needle to let more fuel in, but it actually ran worse, and my spark plug was still white. I can still feel the compression when I kick it over, and it was just rebuilt about three months ago. I am getting very frustrated. It's just problem after problem with this thing. I just want it fixed for good. Please Help!

Id try replaceing the plug, cleaning the filter and cleaning carb if you havent already. And put any adjustment back to the way it was before you replaced the reeds. Try to test, if nothing changes then try some adjustment. Hope it helps.

its defently an air leak. thats a prime description, you just changed some stuff by the intake so theres a leak there somewhere. tighten evertyhing up, and you can test by spraying carb cleaner on the joints, if it revs up theres ur leak.

are you running a stock air filter? Cuz if you read the instruction with the RAD valve it says to drop 2 jet sizes on your main. that is if your needle clip is inn the original sport. pipe and everything accounts for the jetting of the bike.

The only other thing I can think of is if you had some crap in the bowl of the carb and it got moved around and into the jets while changing the reeds.
If you had it jetted just right and it got alot colder out that could make you lean also. I would clean the carb real good and check the reed cage gaskets out some more and give it another go.
