Glad to Join the forum ! I just picked up a 2002 Blaster all stock. This thing was sitting for 2-3 years...outside. Cleaned the carb , changed the plug and got it running but sputtering in and out. Seems like every time I get it running good doesnt hold idle well. I just installed a Complete Fmf system and Im getting pretty close to dialing it in here but Im wondering if its mandatory to change jets now. Should I really take my air box lid off ? Any help is greatly appreciated

Yes, if you changed the pipe you should jet up! And taking the air box lid will help also. You may be good with a 250 main jet.

Also your TORS system may be making that choppy running situation that you speak of...

So, If I jet it will everything have to be retuned or is it a simple swap. Am I in danger without rejetting it or what? what will I need to do?

you are only in trouble if you are running lean, run too rich all you will do is foul the plug, no it should not mes you up too much but yeah you might have to readjust the air/fuel, is the clip in the middle on the slide needle, other than that u shold be good
