i got an fmf sst and my silencer broke... so i was wondering what would happen if i ran it and rode it without 1?

Your engine will actually put out less power. The system is designed to use the silencer as part of the stinger.
really... oh i didnt know that... but is it safe? ive heard that running it for too long without the silencer can destroy my top end and head
I don't know about that one. If there's really an issue, I have a DG silencer you can get real cheap. I bought it as a package deal with my headpipe and have no need for it.
not to mention the unwanted attention of your loud ass bike pissing everyone off for miles... you did like having places to ride without the cops hasseling you didn't you??
Without the silencer it would run lean and you would risk blowing up your bike. Plus it will run like crap because you will have no back pressure.
haha... yeah probs... and i would get that dg silencer but i dont think it fits the sst... from what i know the only silencer that fits the sst is the sst power core 2

I've lost my silencer out on the trail before, sounds awesome but its way too loud, you cant even think lol and its got NO power.

By header do you mean the head? header usually is a referance to exhaust.
If it is truely your head that was shaved and that number is using inches then you somehow managed to shave 666.6 feet off of the head.
as a normal referance, most people have there heads shaved about 0.030" whick is usually stated as 30 thousandths (of an inch). If you had 0.080 taken off, that is a major jump in compression. What is your static compression? if you are over 170 or so, you will be needing much better fuel than pump gas.
its was a typo i meant head. thats wat the guy told me wen i bought it. im not sure were he got it at i still have my stock head. so i no he had to buy it and not send it in to get it worked on. i no he said eighty thousands. i run regular pump gas in tank and yamalube in oil injector.

that oil lubricates about as good gritty mud!
belray is where it is at for the oil injector.
really good oil is any 2 stroke oil meant for jetskis.... or yamalube, k care, pure polaris are all good... but the stuff for jetskis is really good if u have the cash... like $40-50 for a gallon i think
