250r vs. 400ex?????

we race all the time, but its only about a 150 to 200yd stretch so e only beats me by about 1 lenght every time, if it was longer he would pull and kill me, his has Agressive trail port, 38mm carb, ESR pipe, v force reeds and the engine has been bored 1 time...thats it for engine modds, but as fars as shiny stuff his whole engine is polished and chromed clutch and side covers, the carb, pipe, is polished, soo its real shiny(hate that) ha no chrome for me, and its got a complete honda 450r rear end, custom front triple trees and ktm front forks soo its all tricked out
