I can only run on reserve or it will bog with the gas on so I have to put it on reserve and itll run perfect???

check the petcok it might be clogged up and when i first saw this thread i thought it said reverse
petcock or the screen inside

In my long experience with motors I have had that problem many times.
Nearly always the problem can be fixed by filling the tank.
Otherwise proceed as above.
Petcock clogged Bud give her a good clean should be like new after that and run just fine when the gas is on
