Ok my next step is to upgrade my reeds from stock to hopefully the v4 i asked my wife to get me for christmas. Will i also need to upgrade my carb if i upgrade reeds. I am already running a ported vitos 240 and stroker 3 mm crank and fmf fatty and silencer

if you're still running stock carb, larger carb wouldn't hurt

Stock carb will run fine behind the VF4s, providing it is jetted correctly.

A larger carb will give a little improvement with your mods, but unless you are running sophicated fuel, don't go overboard on size 28mm -30mm shoud be good.
