do reed spacers actually do anything for anyone? lol. i just got my top end on and i realized im short 1 gasket in order to put the reed spacer back on. just thinkin about not putting it on so i dont have to wait for another gasket.
back in the day when my blaster was running... i got a 88 blaster with fmf fatty pipe, power core 2 silencer, jets, reeds, reed spacer, twist throttle... my buddy down the road had a 99 with the same mods but he didnt have a reed spacer and he had 18s on the rear and i got 22s. well me point is we raced and i would beat him every time. since mine was a 88 we raced and i would beat him 4 or 5 times in a row and then my blaster would get tired and he would beat me. but i think its cause the reed spacer. just in my opinion

thats what im gonna have to do i guess. thanks for the answers guys. i really dont know what kind of jetting to run either because the reason why i blew the top end before is because of lean jetting. anyone know what i should be jetted at with a 30mm mikuni, fmf exhaust, stock airbox, no lid, and ported cylinder?
with the mods in my sig im running a 158 main in my 30mm oko
