reed spacer

this is not good guys, i had the 1/2" spacer and somehow the reed spacer was the reason my bike wasn't running right,the guy told me the spacer was the reason, it made the reeds lift and twist, and i guess it burned them, it trashed my reeds from my
vf3's so now i don't get it back from the shop till friday! anyone had this happen before?

nope... the reeds are gonna lift but i dont get how it will make em twist some whacked sh*t...

I haven't had any issues with my reed cage spacer.

Only thing i could see is the VF3s were not put in correctly .Did you use the insert that comes with the V3reeds?Let me tell you my blaster story.I got my 2006 blaster for around 1,750 and it was like new and had an fmf and VF3reeds on it.I went to test ride it and i could tell something was wrong with it.Well i got it anyway and when i got it home i figured why is was running funny.Who ever put the reeds in didnt put the insert in and the reeds where all torn up.Well i fixed it and it ran like new. So i think i got a nice deal.Hop you figure it out

hahaha motherfucker, that son of a biotch that sold me the setup didn't give me one, oh sh*t this is umbelieveable, he is going to def be giving me something because of this insert it is costing me 360.00 at the shop!

haha, mine never had one to begin with, i thought it came with already mounted in it, because i read the directions and saw there was suppose to be a plastic insert, didn't think much of it, wishin diff now.

oh no they will be sending me it to me for free and possibly picking up my shop bill because it was suppose to come with the cage, i ordered the whole assembly i will be talking to them tues. this cage is the reason my blaster is f*cked up right now!
