Rebuilt Top end won't start, I'm frustrated

Ok so me and my brothers have an 04 Blaster that sat for literally 2 years. It was mostly my younger brother who beat it to death and ultimately made it stop running. Heres the quick back story:

Quad wouldn't start. My brother shows my neighbor he pulls a plug (we dont know which one) and says its good. My brother starts it, no problem.

Won't start again. Sits for 2 years.

No one will work on the quad we say screw it 2 weeks ago and dive in.

Had a dealer rebuild our carb. Wouldn't start.

Took apart and rebuilt the top end. (New stock bored cylinder, new wiseco piston, new gaskets, and rings the whole 9) Has a spark, it's getting gas, no mice nests in exhaust, but it won't start, but great compression, hard as hell to kick like when new. We watched Ken Connor's vid on assembling the top end so we did it right. I have no clue where to go from here. I hear about stator coils, and TORS but I'm not a mechanic, I'm just reading how to do this stuff as I go. So what could be the hold up and where should be our next step towards getting this running? Thank you for any advice I'm so frustrated. The quad is dead stock too no mods.

what did the reeds look like when you had it apart? were there any cracks or gaps

That's tough man.....Is the fuel line clogged by any chance? Make sure the engine is set to the "on" position on the switch as well as the key.

Did you ever have a chance to check the flywheel key? If the timing has moved, you could kick all day and get nothing.

Reeds looked good no problems that we saw. Fuel line seems to be open I'll recheck tomorrow. All switches are on when kicking. I have no clue about the flywheel or how I would know if was correct.

somethings telling me that it didnt need rebuilt in the first place im thinkign check the timming key like royal said your sure its get spark fuel and said good compresion
