Rebuilt top end on 2005 yfs 200 blaster. Bored 50 over still sounds and feels weak maybe even less powerful. I noticed burn marks on rod in bottom end where rod connects at bottom. Anyway to tell if bottom end needs redone??? Feels slightly weak

If u have up and down or alot of side to side play u need to rebuild the bottom end
Who rebuilt it? Did they leak test? Did u break it in properly?

burn marks on rod in bottom end

those are normal if on the crank journals, not the rod ?

leakdown test, break-in, clean carb, float height, airscrew/pilot adjustment, needle clip position in the middle, main jet plug chops, brass washer under main jet ?

burn mark normal
what is the compression at?
either carb is out of adjustment/low compression/leaking someweres list goes on
it should rev fine sitting still if compression is good and carb is adjusted proper.
perhaps your problem is elsewhere then your cylinder/piston/rings slash pump:D

Also list any mods that you know of. If any were done but not jetted for, could lead to a weak feeling. Did the exhaust have a rattleing sound in it? Who&how was it determind it needed rebuild?

What other quads/bikes have you ridden? A stock blaster will feel weak. Especially if there is something else wrong such as dragging brakes, bad wheel/axle bearings, over tight/rusty chain, flat tires.
