Rebuilt top end and stil wont work

i blew up my 2004 blaster piston and just finished putting a new piston in and it sticks a little bit, any ideas how to fix? it's a stock 66mm

what did the cylinder look like when you pulled it apart? was it gouged up? or scratched up?

Wow, that's not good. You need to look into that.

there where no gouges in the side walls at all no scratches or anything, i finally got it running though but now it wont idle :/

get rid of the T.O.R.S. (might be causing this issue -TORS Removal Guide) or Check your reed pedals and make sure none are cracked or broken! and check your compression as well and report back (stock blaster 120psi and higher) u can get a compression tester @ your local autoparts store for less than 40$. Good Luck and report back.
