Rebuilding them can conists of changing the seals, fresh oil, revalved, possibly resprung in some cases.
It depends what length they are. You would have to find out.

these are two that i have heared a lot of good things about, i'm sure there is more though. if they are meant to be used on the blasters and they are not long travel shocks than they should work fine with your stock A-arms.

i would think so, but the best thing to do is contact one or both of those companies (the dude from wiig style is supposed to be really cool) and explane to them what you think you need done and get a price. i think you said you are going to get them for like $200 and they're $1500 new, i really highly doubt that it would cost anywhere near $1300 the rebuild them, so you should save money.

rebuild them yourself. It is not that hard, alot of people shy away from them because they dont know how to get them apart

they most likley will need revalved...so send them out, have em done correctly. you could also save and buy new a arms and have the ultimate for blaster suspension..haha just a thought...

200 is a SUPER deal. buy em, fix em set em up for you, enjoy....

If he is in the weight range then there isnt any need to get them revalved. But if you weigh about 30lbs more or less than 160 then you should get them revalved

They wont tell you, race tech has a pretty awesome write up, but those are for showa and kayaba shocks. But you wont learn how to revalve, you have to send it too a company to do that. And if he is less than 100lbs on stock valving then he will wish he never got them

ya some magazines has rebuilding with the race tech gold valve. if i get to it ill try pulling a stock yfz shock apart so you get the idea even tho it wont be the same

yea but even then you have to get a code with the gold valves and you can only look at it once on the internet and for like 3 mins then.
