rebuild time

so the quik rebuild that I did blew up after my cousin over revved the piss out of the little motor, it seems lke the crank bearing are swiped so I gotta split the cases, wut would be the best setup for tourqe? This is my wifes quad and I'd like it to easy on her. Which would be better, a 240 kit, a stroker kit or bolth? What about milling the head some more? I want this to pull from idle nicely, Thanks

it really depends on how she will ride it, where riding experience etc. would probably have it ported if it is not already you will notice a large increase in power and torque if the port job is done correctly and a lot cheaper too.

uhh I still have to ride it. She barley gets in to the pipe, I would like to have some more power out of this little motor, well actually lots more power, has anyone acutally done the big bore and stroker crank? Mark

im sure ppl on here have done that...and i bet it makes a sh*t load more power...
