i need a new rear grab bar but i dont know if i should just build my own or buy an aftermarket one

Go with your gut, anyone can buy one, not everyone can make one.
If you have the expertise then make one that will satisfy your needs.

This may sound wierd but if you make one make it so that it bends easy you dont wanna bend or crack/break your frame if you ever slam grab bar. Its cheaper and easier to get a new grab bar then a new frame if you catch my drift.
