Rejetting is only needed if you have the mods already. By increasing or decreasing the main jet, pilot jet, and needle clip you are regulating how much fuel flows into the cylinder. More gas doesn't mean you will go faster UNLESS you have mods that allow for it. In fact, you will go slower if you are rich.

For example, if you have a stock Blaster and richen the fuel mixture, it will just be slower and you are just wasting gas. Now if you have an air filter, and aftermarket exhaust, you are now allowing more air to enter the cylinder......this is then compensated by increasing the fuel......AKA rejetting.

What mods do you have?

go to the dealer and get some bigger mains and no you dont need a exhaust but it would wake it up a good amount read up on doing plug chops its not realy just puting a new jet in it then done

stock jetting right now what brand do u think i should get and do i need change exhaust still if so what kinda

Don't ride or start it until you get it rejetted. You are running lean right now and it may fry the top end of the engine. Brands don't matter. A 330 main jet is a 330 main jet. Find OEM spec jets. I'm guessing you will need a 350 main, but somebody else that has been in that experience can chime in. What filter is it? You will probably have richen the mixture screw a half turn or so as well(clockwise). It's the gold colored screw on the side of your carb.

I would get more depth into it, but I have to head off to work. I'm sure these guys can help you out though. I:I

330 is not a 330 always dynojet uses a differnt numbering system.
go to a dealer and get a 260 and 250 main jet thats what i would do
a 350 is huge for just air filter and lid removed most people run a 290 with a pipe and no lid i would start with a 260 main jet and go down as needed if you use the search theres plenty of topics on plug chops
or you can go to the engine section and read the sticky titled yamaha engine everything you need to know
